Welcome to the documentation for agora_analysis!¶
Introduction¶
agora_analysis is a package for analyzing the AGORA simulations. It is designed to be as user-friendly as possible, and therefore has a lot of specific info about AGORA hard-coded into it. Currently, it is designed to work on the NERSC supercomputer, and can only be used by NERSC users with permission to view the AGORA snapshots. However, it will hopefully be maintained after the public data release for use by a wider audience on FlatHUB.
Installation¶
To install agora_analysis, visit https://github.com/claytonstrawn/agora_analysis.git and clone the repository.
